Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of saffronbathco.com (the "Site") and any purchases you make from Saffron Bath Co. ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method supplied.

Products

Our products are handmade in small batches. Colors, scents, and textures may vary slightly from photos and from batch to batch — that is part of the nature of a handmade product, not a defect.

Listed weights and volumes are approximate. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct typographical errors in pricing or descriptions at any time.

Intended Use, Allergies, and Safety

All of our products are intended for external use only. They are cosmetics, not drugs or medical devices, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Statements on the Site have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

• Read the full ingredient list before use. If you have a known allergy or sensitivity, do not use a product that contains the ingredient.
• Perform a patch test on a small area of skin before broader use, especially if you have sensitive skin.
• Discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional if irritation occurs.
• Keep products out of reach of children and pets. Avoid contact with eyes.
• Bath and shower products can make surfaces slippery — please take care when using them.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable taxes or shipping, which are calculated at checkout. Payment is processed by Square; by submitting a payment you authorize the total shown at checkout to be charged to your payment method.

Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, and we may cancel an order at any time before shipment — for example, if a product is out of stock, we suspect fraud, or there is a pricing error. If we cancel an order we have already charged, we will refund the full amount.

Shipping

We ship within the United States. Processing typically takes 2–5 business days; delivery times depend on the carrier and destination. Once a package leaves our hands, the carrier is responsible for delivery. We are not liable for delays, damage, or loss caused by the carrier, but we will help you file a claim where possible.

Custom Orders and Events

Custom blends and event bookings (blending bar, classes, corporate sessions) are subject to additional terms and timing communicated at the time of booking. Deposits for events are non-refundable unless we cancel.

Intellectual Property

The Site, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, product names, and the look and feel of the Site, is owned by Saffron Bath Co. and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Site without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, including by scraping, spamming, or denial-of-service activity.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saffron Bath Co. and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top of the page indicates the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
