We want you to love what you order. Because our products are handmade personal-care items that come into direct contact with skin, our return policy is necessarily limited — but we will always make things right when an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used bath and body products. Unopened, unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price (original shipping is non-refundable). The buyer is responsible for return shipping.
To start a return, email us at hello@saffronbathco.comwith your order number. Please do not ship items back before contacting us — unauthorized returns may not be refundable.
If your order arrives broken, leaking, or otherwise defective, we will replace it or refund it at no cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

If we sent you the wrong product, we will ship the correct one at no cost and cover return shipping for the original item. Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Custom blends, event deposits, and final-sale items are non-refundable except when defective or damaged in transit. If something is wrong with a custom order, contact us — we will work with you to make it right.
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility passes to you. If a package goes missing in transit (not yet marked delivered), contact us and we will help open a carrier investigation and replace the order if it cannot be recovered.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Square. Square typically returns funds within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if they have not yet shipped. Contact us as quickly as possible — once a tracking number is issued the order is on its way and the standard return policy applies.
Each product page lists every ingredient. We strongly recommend reading the list and patch-testing before broader use. Because ingredient sensitivities are highly individual, we cannot offer refunds for products that simply did not work for your skin if no ingredient was misrepresented.
